TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE USE OF THE BETTER CREDIT CREDIT RESTORATION SERVICES

All purchases and use of credit repair or credit enhancement services offered by Better Credit are governed by the terms outlined in our Client Service Agreement. By enrolling in any of our credit programs, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in that agreement.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined in your agreement. However, please note:

-All cancellations are subject to the terms detailed in the Client Service Agreement.
- Upon cancellation, your access to member services and client portals will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which it will be revoked.
-We do not provide pro-rated refunds.

To qualify for a refund under this policy, you must:

1.) Be an active participant in one of our credit repair programs for a minimum of 90 consecutive days;

2.) Have completed all onboarding requirements and provided all requested documents in a timely manner;

3.) Have consistently followed the action steps and guidance provided by our team throughout the program;

4.) Have no new negative items reported on your credit during the 90-day period that were not already present at the time of enrollment;

5.) Submit a formal refund request in writing to support@bettercredit.us within 10 days after the 90-day period ends.

If you meet all of the above conditions and we are unable to demonstrate any verifiable improvement or progress in your credit status, we will issue a full refund of the service fees paid during your first 90 days.

Please note: This policy does not apply to setup fees, charges for optional services, or cancellations made before the 90-day eligibility window is complete.

Better Credit reserves the right to review each refund request on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with this policy.
