Refund Eligibility Terms

To be eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee, you must meet all the following requirements:

1.) Complete 90 days of active service

You must remain continuously enrolled and in good standing for at least 90 days.

Canceling, pausing, or missing payments during this time voids the guarantee.

2.) No new derogatory tradelines

You must not add any new negative items (late payments, collections, charge-offs, etc.) to your credit report during your first 90 days of service.

3.) Timely payments

All payments must be made on time throughout your first 90 days.

4.) Proof of identity

Within five (5) days of enrollment, you must submit valid identification:

5.) Refund window

You must request your refund between day 91 and day 120 from your initial payment date.
